YGO was formed during the pandemic, when supply chains were suffering to provide suitable skilled labour and material supply shortages were high due to lock down pressures. This has tested business infrastructure and systems, which have been robustly built over the past decades.

Our expertise as a collective, span as much as 100 years when combining our teams’ professional experience together. Our board of directors have experience in driving large organisations such as housing associations, local authority and commercial projects.
